Another chapter has unfolded in Jeannie Mai and Jeezy’s contentious divorce. Recently, the police were called to an incident that occurred at Jeezy’s home.

According to In Touch Weekly, Jeezy barred Jeannie from collecting her belongings from his residence in Georgia.

As reported in court documents, a judge determined that Jeannie could gather her belongings, which included her Emmy photographs, handbags, and shoes stacked in boxes, within a 21-day period from Jeezy’s home. Following this decision, Jeezy sought to revise the court order, expressing discomfort with Jeannie’s presence in his house. He described her as being “angry and revengeful.”

Jeezy’s lawyer mentioned that he has “valid concerns regarding Jeannie moving freely throughout his home. Jeezy feels unsafe having her there, particularly given Jeannie’s past attempts to damage Jeezy’s career with misleading claims.  He would be unable to tell if she might be placing listening devices or cameras inside.”

Jeannie stated her attorneys informed Jeezy that she intended to go to his home on December 9, 2024, with “no objections to her retrieving her items that were packed and stored in his garage.”

Upon her arrival, the movers were not allowed entry. Jeannie claimed that the house manager was “acting on behalf of Jeezy” and “refused to grant her and her security team access to the garage.”

“The house manager persisted in denying Jeannie and her movers access to the garage,” the motion indicated. “In fact, the house manager contacted Jeezy, who once again confirmed that Jeannie and her movers were to be barred from accessing her belongings, completely ignoring the court order.”

“At this juncture, Jeannie called the Atlanta Police Department, who responded to the property to file a report on Jeannie’s denied entry. Jeannie maintained her professionalism throughout the ordeal,” the motion continued.

The motion also stated that several of Jeannie’s personal items were damaged in the basement.

“The boxes were soaked, with water having seeped through, ruining personal items. Mouse traps were set in the garage, presumably for mice that had chewed through some of the boxes,” Jeannie’s attorney stated. “Many of [Jeannie’s] awards were broken and scratched.”

This latest development marks another incident in the aftermath of Jeezy and Jeannie’s marriage. In September, she accused Jeezy of “failing to adhere to certain terms of their divorce agreement,” asserting that the “Put On” artist owed money related to daycare and rent.

Jeezy has refuted these allegations.
