Kai Cenat Ends Kanye West Collab Stream: “It’s Over, Bro!” 🎤

Kai Cenat is distancing himself from the backlash surrounding Kanye West. In a recent livestream, the 23-year-old Twitch star announced that the anticipated collaboration with the controversial figure has been canceled. “I’m gonna go ahead and address the elephant in the room,” the streamer informed his 15.8 million followers.

He added, “I saw the tweets. I’m not sure what’s happening. I think it’s [over]. It’s wild… It’s just one thing after another. It’s [over], man.” The College Dropout artist’s behavior has also drawn the scrutiny of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). “Here we go again. Another blatant display of antisemitism, racism, and misogyny from @kanyewest,” the organization stated in a recent post on X. “A few years back, the ADL reported that 30 antisemitic incidents across the country were linked to Kanye’s 2022 antisemitic outbursts.”

“We condemn this dangerous behavior and must call it what it is: a blatant and outright demonstration of hate.” To date, Musk has not responded to the unfolding controversy.

‘Friends’ Actor Labels Kanye West a ‘DERANGED BIGOT’

On Saturday (Feb. 8), Friends actor David Schwimmer took to Instagram to speak out against Kanye West‘s recent anti-Semitic remarks. “This is so 2022,” Schwimmer begins in his extensive post. The image features West with an all-black backdrop, proclaiming “I’m a Nazi” in striking red text. Additionally, there’s a screenshot showcasing some of West’s statements. Schwimmer denounces him as a “deranged bigot” who spreads “hate-filled, ignorant bile.” He then implores X CEO Elon Musk to intervene and revoke West’s “megaphone.”

“Kanye West has 32.7 million followers on your platform, X,” Schwimmer wrote in the caption. “That’s double the number of Jews living today. His despicable hate speech leads to REAL-Life violence against Jews.”

Schwimmer further remarked, “I don’t know what’s worse: his identification as a Nazi (which suggests he wishes to annihilate ALL marginalized communities, including his own) or the fact that there’s not enough OUTRAGE to have him removed and banned from all social media by now.”

In his view, Musk’s lack of response amounts to “complicity.”
