To keep the vibes positive, you agree to:
- Respect other members. No harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior. 🫂
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only. Illegal activities = instant ban. 🚫
- Avoid spamming, scamming, or sharing malicious links. 🚷
- Only post content that you own or have permission to share. 🎨
We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
5. Content Ownership & Rights 🎥
- Your Content: Anything you post (music, videos, art, etc.) remains yours, but by posting on LinkCamp, you grant us a license to display and promote it.
- LinkCamp Content: Our brand materials (logo, design, etc.) belong to us. Don’t use them without permission.
6. LKCP Tokens & Transactions 💰
If you use or earn our cryptocurrency, LKCP, you agree to the following:
- LKCP is not legal tender and only works within the LinkCamp ecosystem.
- You are responsible for securing your wallet and transactions.
- We are not liable for any losses due to user error, fraud, or third-party platforms.
7. Intellectual Property Rights ⚖️
Respect copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property. If someone claims your content violates their rights, we may remove it while we investigate. Repeated violations could lead to account termination.
8. Disclaimer of Liability ❗
LinkCamp is provided “as is.” While we strive for a smooth experience, we make no guarantees about:
- The accuracy or reliability of content shared by others.
- Uninterrupted service (we all hate downtime, but it happens!).
We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our platform.
